Hello! My name's Arran, I've been working full-time at Teen Ranch Scotland since September 2023.
This Western-themed activity centre is where I became a Christian at 11, where I volunteered in my teens, and a spiritual oasis I visited frequently while at uni. It is a privilege now to fully give back to this place for what it's given me.
Aside from the horse-riding, canoeing and team games, we share the Gospel at every camp (assuming no prior Bible knowledge) through daily talks, small groups, and - mostly vitally - getting alongside the kids as relateable Christian role models.
My hope is that through this organic, fun-based ministry, God will reach places the Church cannot, bringing hope and light to the young.
This worker receives an agreed level of support from the charity and has been asked to raise funds for the charity to help meet the costs of their own support. Your gift will be made to the charity’s general funds and so, if the worker raises more than their fundraising target, your gift will effectively support other aspects of the charity’s work.
