Project Leadership & Church Planting, Scotland - John Tellis

John was born in Scotland to Greek and Scottish parents but grew up in South Africa after his family immigrated there when he was just three.

He married Lesley in South Africa and soon afterwards they decided to move back to Edinburgh, Scotland where they started a business in 2008, which they still run today.It was at that time the Lord began to work on their hearts and give them a new heart for the Ministry of the Gospel. They were asked by a city Church to be part of a new church plant in Wallyford and immediately said yes! John currently serves as an Elder in the Wallyford Livingroom Church. In 2023 he was invited to be part of the Word of Life UK team as one of the Board of Directors. John and Lesley have three children and dedicate their time between Word of Life UK, the local Church (Church planting), and transitioning between part & full-time ministry.
