At The Bishops we spend every penny that the government allocates to us on your childrens educational experience and it is never enough! We want your children to have the best provision possible and we need your support to help us continue to provide it. Here are some of the special extras we currently provide that your support can secure:

• Specialist music teaching for classes up to Year 4 so that your children learn to read music, sing, play ocarina, recorder, ukulele and toot (like a flute)
• Specialist Sports coaching across the school
• Performing Arts and Public Speaking Classes for all
• Pastoral Support including Counselling
• Group Tuition outside normal lesson times for selected pupils
• Class Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) in every class (all day for FS and KS1, every morning for KS2 classes
• Special Intervention LSAs for every pupil in FS and many children throughout the school at their point of need

In addition to this, as a voluntary-aided primary school, we have to fund10% of the costs of any building works that the diocese supports us in doing.

Your support will help this generation your generation of young people to flourish, and also the future generations. Whilst any amount, even one pound a month, will mean you are supporting your childs education, our plea, for those who are able to, is £13 a month for those with one child at the school and £20 per month for those with a second child.
