Linking Lives UK is an award-winning national Christian charity passionate about reducing loneliness among older people. This is achieved by working with churches to set up befriending schemes which provide opportunities for home visits, telephone calls and other activities. 

We provide training and ongoing support to local schemes as well as annual reviews & conferences for our partners. Donations of any size will make a huge difference to the lives of  those experiencing loneliness and will enable churches to engage with some of the most marginalised older people in their communities.

During the next year, we aim to establish a further 20 befriending schemes and we continue to run our 'Good Conversations' volunteer training package for use by churches running lunch clubs, community cafes or drop-in centres.
