Cambridge Cycling Campaign is a charity run by volunteers. Founded in 1995, our aim is safer, better and more cycling in the Cambridge area, where about half of the local population uses a bike at least once a month. Many of the cycle facilities such as paths, lanes, traffic signals, bridges and cycle parks would not exist without the work done by our members.

The Charity works to promote cycling for the public benefit in and around Cambridge for the promotion of public health, the promotion of the conservation and protection of the environment, the promotion of cycling for the public benefit, by promoting, assisting, facilitating and protecting the use of bicycles and similar vehicles on public roads and publicly accessible routes, the promotion of public safety, particularly on the highways, the promotion of healthy recreation in the interests of social welfare, and the advancement of education.
