International Christian Youthworks Africa, a discipling making movement, is committed to seeing young people in Africa grow in integrity based on faith,while developing leadership, with practical skills in entrepreneurship and community engagement. Jesus called young people to be his disciples , training them to do what He was doing, even before they understood who He was. Young people have a hunger to learn, and passion to see change.

Through school and college initiatives, and Boot Camps for intensive training, the youth use the United Nations Sustainable Goals (as Africa for SDGs, part of ICY) to develop projects that engage with their local community,in areas such as social care and development, climate change and entrepreneurship.

Using the frameork of our 4 Pillars,
we have seen that transforming the heart, Youth to God, does transform lives, which go on to transform communities, Youth to Youth, Youth to Church and Youth to Community. Equipping them with life skills and faith and training them to disciple others, and to grow in leadership they build their own teams and projects .
