4M UK are a charity specialising in offering Xtreme Character Challenge events - unique mind body soul experiences.
Through these adventures in the wild, we challenge the thinking, beliefs and mindsets of individuals, to enable them to make different life decisions which positively impact themselves, their home, workplace, faith and community.
XCC adventure is like an 'MOT' for men or a life check up. Its certainly nothing that men have done before!
We hold 4 XCC 3-day adventures each year in the wilderness of North East England, Scotland, Snowdonia and Mid Wales. Typically 100-150 men take part in each event.
Every time our XCC adventures change lives so significantly that we are convinced every penny donated is well invested.
