At Street Connect we offer hope that can lead to life transformation for people in addiction and who may be facing associated issues such as homelessness and poor mental health.
We believe that the local church are best placed to know the support that is needed in their local community and we partner with local churches to provide the support that is so badly needed.
Your donation will allow us to contine our street outreach, going out to where people are, listening without judgement and giving hope that a different way of life is possible. It will allow people to come to our drop-in cafes, a safe place to have a warm drink and take the first steps in their recovery from addiction. We also offer more formal support of one-to-one support and group recovery.
We're with people for the long run and offer move-on accommodation and an aftercare support programme.
