Partner profile
Graham and Debbie Frith founded the first El Alfarero (the Potter) project in Sucre, Bolivia in 2001 and the second Alfarero project in Santa Cruz in 2010, followed by the third Alfarero project in La Paz in 2021. Since 2014, they have focussed on developing the next generation of leaders, through the Masters level training programme El Aprendiz. (El Aprendiz is recognised by the Global University for Lifelong Learning.) More recently, the in-person programme in Santa Cruz has been expanded to include a fully online version.
They also speak and teach internationally, and do consulting with local businesses.
Graham and Debbie have served in Bolivia since 1995, and have three grown-up children.
