Every 15 minutes, a child enters the UK care system.
Through Home for Good's latest joint campaign with Safe Families, we ask 'Who Cares?'
Who cares that too many children feel unsafe and alone? Every child deserves to feel safe, seen and supported. Yet there is a lack of stable homes available for them.
Home for Good has a bold vision to find more homes for children who need them through fostering, adoption and supported lodgings.
Home for Good inspires and informs those that are willing and able to open their homes and equips the church to wrap around them with love and support.
When the church responds and works together like this, children and young people find a place to belong, improving their outcomes long-term. What part could you play?
Alex loves dinosaurs.
When he came into care at the age of two he missed his toys he'd left behind and he missed his siblings too. He didn't recognise any of the changing faces around him.
When he arrived at Tracy and John's house, he was shown his new bedroom. He saw dinosaurs everywhere. On the bed, on the curtains and on the shelves. He smiled and said "this is my bedroom".
With your support and generosity, we can ensure every child feels seen and has a place to belong.
