Linlithgow Young Peoples Project

For the last 35 years Linlithgow Young People's Project (LYPP) has worked with thousands of young people through a multitude of projects and activities. In May 2024 LYPP changed it's operating to YOUTHSPACE and is passionate about seeing young people realise, and release their potential.

YOUTHSPACE aims to foster a sense of hope in the lives of young people by creating engaging and encouraging spaces for them to grow and develop. Last year we provided 1705 sessions within communities, schools, one to one settings and trips including:

799 mentoring and counselling sessions for 64 young people
257 volunteering opportunities
177 events in the Bridgend community
129 lounge drop ins
139 school inputs
65 holiday events for 245 young people
52 small groups

YOUTHSPACE is committed to delivering high quality, high impact youth work that lasts from our base in Linlithgow. This year we are continuing to work with young people through the provision of welcoming, safe spaces within the community, throughout the holidays and within schools.
