Potter's Village Ministries is a project overseen by the Church of Uganda in the South West of the Country.
It was founded originally to recue babies who have been orphaned or whose mothers are unable to care for them and who have no other chance of survival. Up to 18 babies can be given a home on the site. Where possible children will return to their extended families or foster families with continuing support from Potter's Village.

There is also a Children's Medical Centre, with Outpatient and Immunisation clinics, Inpatient wards, Special Care Nursery for premature babies and a diagnostic laboratory.

In 2019 a Rehab Centre for disabled children was opened, which is overseen by a physiotherapist from the UK.

Provision of health and nutrition education for the community is also part of the vision.

The Friends of Potter's Village is a UK charity which supports the work financially by raising funds and also by raising awareness of this amazing project.
