At the Mustard Tree we support the people society often overlooks, planting hope and cultivating change. Working in partnership with people at the heart of our community we provide innovative, life-changing projects which remove barriers and reduce isolation. Our befriending, mentoring, and outreach, create opportunities, reduce isolation and support people to overcome challenges. We believe every person has value and were here to make sure their voices are heard and to create opportunities to thrive.

Our projects are driven by local people through the networks and partnerships we have built over the last 20 years.

Rahab - Supporting those who are sexually exploited: working with them to break free from the cycles of abuse, poverty and addiction.

Engage Befriending - Reducing the isolation and loneliness experienced by older people by developing positive relationships and networks in the community.

Starting Point - Providing mentoring and creating opportunities for young people aged 11-25.

Last year The Mustard Tree supported 509 people with the help of over 160 volunteers.
