Gospel workers for local churches: 9:38 was set up to help Christians consider full-time gospel ministry. We run conferences for undergraduates and 20s and 30s to help them think through the issues of going into full-time gospel ministry, and help churches set up, recruit for and promote apprenticeship schemes. These are 1 or 2 year church placements offering the chance to test the water of gospel ministry full-time, and the beginnings of a theological education. Based on Matthew 9:37-38, Jesus' command to pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest field.
