God’s creation is in crisis.

The UK contains some of the most diverse and beautiful landscapes on earth and yet is one of the most nature-depleted areas on earth. The Christian community is in a great position to be a beacon for saving nature in the UK. Be part of it.

There are over 3 million of us regularly going to church in this country. If we take action for nature and on the climate, that’s a huge movement for change in our communities and nationally. We worship in church buildings. We can show it’s possible to reduce carbon emissions. Our churchyards can be a place to restore nature. Christian organisations – conference centres, activity centres, community farms -- can show that land can be managed for people and nature.

We are a member of the global A Rocha network of independent conservation charities, with sister organisations in 22 countries. Our focus is on conservation and climate action in the UK.

A Rocha UK set up Eco Church. In 9 years, it is now the largest Christian environmental action community in the country with over 8,000 churches signed up. Your support could grow the network to 20,000 churches by 2030. Beacons of hope for nature and for the climate. Getting local communities involved. Making an impact nationally.

We do practical conservation work at our nature reserves: Wolf Fields and Foxearth Meadows. We have nurtured a network of Christian partners – ranging from residential and activity centres to community farms - pledged to manage their land for nature. There are now over 50 Partners in Action in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Your support will boost the conservation expertise we can provide and could grow that network to over 100 by 2030.

We encourage individuals to care for nature in their homes and communities and campaign to save nature and tackle the climate crisis. There are over 8,000 Christians in our Wild Christian network. Your support will build and grow that community.

If you love nature in all it's amazing variety. If you see care for creation as a vital part of your Christian witness and love for God. If you want to be a beacon of hope for saving nature and taking action on the climate. Then, join in and support A Rocha UK. Be part of something that is working and making a difference locally and nationally. We'd love to have you alongside us.

The times are urgent. Nature can't wait.

Will you answer the call?
