Nehemiah works with vulnerable adult men experiencing complex problems - substance misuse, mental health, offending behaviour and homelessness - to support them in transforming their lives.
Men joining us live in one of our first-stage houses and take our 12-week CBT-based course which addresses fundamental issues, such as drug/alcohol misuse, and motivation/taking responsibility.

The course challenges past behaviours, helps men to understand the root cause of their addiction, and gives them tools to manage difficult situations without relapsing. Men have weekly keywork, vocational and life-skills educational sessions, and are supported to rebuild family relationships. After graduating, our move-on programme enables men to seek volunteering, education or training opportunities, and move into sustainable independent accommodation and work whilst living in one of our move-on houses, still with the support of our experienced keyworkers.
