Union exists to raise leaders, grow healthy churches and help everyday believers delight in God.

If we want to see flourishing churches, we need leaders who love God and share his passions. From Egypt to Ethiopia and Madagascar to the Middle East, we are partnering with local ministries to provide all-round support for ministry and church growth.

Our ministry partners connect with us through one area of the ministry and are encouraged to make use of other resources we can offer them, whether that's theological books and content paving the way for conferences and events, access to financial resources for students who are church planting, or supporting partners with book translations into low-access languages.

Growth in Christ's church begins with growth in the lives of ordinary believers. Union School of Theology: Training leaders to grow Christ's church

UST trains leaders for the church, in partnership with the local church, for the glory of God. With learning locations around the world, students can access gospel-hearted theological training whenever and wherever they need it.

Our accredited MA, GDip, MTh and PhD programs are:
- Accessible: students can study locally, online or at our Ministry Centre in Wales, UK
- Flexible: students can study around their current ministry and family commitments
- Theologically rigorous: students can train for ministry with trusted teachers including Michael Reeves, Donald Fairbairn and Clive Bowsher.

Union Mission: Supporting church planting and revitalisation

Everything we do at Union is to serve the church. Union Mission supports church planting and revitalisation across the UK, Europe and worldwide by raising up, deploying and financially supporting church planters.

• 24 nations reached since 2017
• £1.5 million distributed to 211 church planting projects

We are committed not only to raising up leaders, but supporting and resourcing them as they go on to plant churches across the world. After completing their theological training, students have access to funding for church planting through Union Mission, and every year we are supporting more projects pioneered by Union students and graduates.

Union Scholars: Equipping the next generation of pastor-theologians

Union Scholars equips the next generation of evangelical scholars and pastor-theologians to serve the global church with rigorous theology and warm hearts.

Cohorts are intentionally selected from applicants across the world who are either studying, or have recently graduated from, a PhD. Participants are mentored and shaped in convictions, character and competencies by respected academics and pastor-theologians including Dr. Gwenfair Adams, Dr. Andrew Atherstone, Professor Gerald Bray, Professor Bradley Green, Professor Robert Letham, Professor Michael Reeves, Dr. Philip G. Ryken, Professor Corneliu Simut, and Professor Kevin Vanhoozer.

By giving to Union, you will enable Union's ecosystem to support healthy church growth across Europe, Africa and Asia. Yor finanacial support enables us to launch new learning communities, make formal training accessible in low-income countries, grow non-formal training provision, translate and print books, mentor leaders, host conferences and provide grants for church planting and revitalisation work.
