ReSource’s vision is to see churches across the UK Alive in the Spirit and Active in Mission.

This vision fires our work and shapes everything that we do. We long to see churches of all kinds and traditions being beacons of life and hope wherever they are set, making a transforming difference in their communities and in the lives that they come into contact with day by day.

ReSource’s distinctive contribution towards achieving this vision is to help churches and church leaders to keep the person and work of God the Holy Spirit at the forefront of their discipleship and their mission. And we have a special heart for smaller and mid-size churches in the mainstream of our denominations, the little, local and ordinary churches keeping a Christian presence alive in villages, market towns, urban estates and inner cities. We see the renewal of these churches as the key to the health and growth of the Church in the UK. We want to bless all that is happening in larger churches and in fresh expressions of church. How we need them! But at ReSource we want to invest in the smaller ones too, and to pray for them, and resource them in ways that are appropriate to their scale and their context.
