Who can use Linked Worker accounts?
Linked Worker Accounts are ideal for teams looking to reduce admin friction, empower staff to build strong partner teams and reach their support goals with confidence.
They are a unique feature of our Partner Account for Churches and Charities for those who employ staff raising support towards a fixed salary.
If your organisation already has a Partner Account and you would like to add Linked Worker Account functionality to your account, please get in touch. If your organisation doesn’t yet have a Partner Account, find out more.
At present, this service isn’t available for variable-income support models.
Keep support raising personal and professional
Each staff member has their own profile page which they can customise with text, photos, and videos to showcase their work. It’s easy to share the link to their page, and even easier for supporters to give.
Staff also have access to our Support Raising Training and other resources, equipping them to confidently invite others to partner with them and reach their support goal.
Give everyone the insights they need
Both your organisation and the staff member can view giving information in real time so both know who has given what and when.
Staff also receive overnight email notifications of new or changed gifts, making it easy to send a timely thank you and keep supporters updated.
Your finance team can view a full breakdown of all payments to your organisation, including gifts made in support of Linked Workers, and detailed giver information.
This means no chasing for updates, accurate allocation of gifts by staff member, improved supporter relationships and less admin for everyone involved.
Remove friction from processing support
For staff inviting support
Staff can confidently share a simple link to their profile page, making it easier to showcase their mission and invite support.
For supporters giving
Givers don’t need to navigate different steps or remember to include references. Every gift is correctly routed and clearly linked to the staff member it supports.
For staff accessing giving information
Staff receive automatic notifications and can access real-time support information so they can stay up to date without chasing for information and thank supporters.
For finance teams allocating gifts and Gift Aid
Donations and any associated Gift Aid are clearly labelled for a particular staff member's support goal, reducing manual admin and avoiding misallocated funds.

Yes. As the primary user on the Linked Worker Account, the staff member will be notified overnight by email of any new gifts or changes to their support, advising them to log into their account to securely view the details. These timely notifications enable staff to manage supporter relationships effectively.
No. A Linked Worker can only view giving in support of their own Linked Worker Account.
Within Activity > Transactions in your online account for the Partner Account for Churches and Charities, gifts transferred from a Linked Worker Account will be marked as a transfer from a Linked Worker Account and provide the name of the Linked Worker.
You can view a Payment Report detailing the breakdown of any payment you have received from Stewardship. This report details each gift and any associated gift, including the intended purpose of the gift. Where a gift has been transferred to your Partner Account for Churches and Charities from a Linked Worker Account, the Linked Worker’s name will appear in the ‘Project name’ column in the report. The name and contacts and details of the giver are also listed here alongside the gift.
We offer our Support Raising Training twice a year in the Spring and Autumn. Run by trainers with years of support raising experience and alongside other individuals from other organisations on their support raising journey, our training equips your staff to confidently and joyfully raise their support goal. After completing the training, your staff can join our free monthly Support Raising Surgeries, which are one-hour drop in sessions. Here they can bring any questions which may arise as they build their partner team, receive help with challenges they may encounter and benefit from peer-based support from others on their support raising journey.
Our training is based on the workbook ‘Personal Support Matters’ by Claire Niclasen and Myles Wilson.
