Story

Starting in July 2026 at the Victoria Falls, Chris Faldon, a retired nurse plans in his 66th year to walk right across the country. That's a similar distance to walking between Edinburgh and Paris. It is to raise funds for a complete sanitation system at this remarkable 500 bed faith-based hospital. Many septic tanks and soak pits that are totally collapsed and dispose dangerous waste into the environment. It poses a risk of life threatening disease outbreaks, such as cholera. A cost-effective long-term solution is desperately needed.

Sponsorship suggestions:

  1. Sponsor a distance £10 per km. £100-1000+ gets publicity - digital map, mention in video blogs, your name/logo on Chris' t-shirt
  2. Twin your toilet £66
  3. Provide a soundtrack playlist for the journey £50
