Story
Hector the Tandem will be our trusty steed as we cycle Land’s End to John o’Groats. He’s been with us for two years and this will be his greatest challenge yet…. 18 days. 1,200 miles. 69,294 feet of ascent.
I (Clara) have been working for the charity MHA, one of the leading care home providers in the UK, as a music therapist for people living with dementia. I have witnessed the incredible benefits of music therapy in helping to alleviate symptoms of dementia, such as anxiety, depression and agitation. The care sector has been hugely affected by COVID-19. As I move on from working for MHA, we would love to raise money to give to MHA Music Therapy for the life-changing work that the team does.
