Last time around thanks to your generosity we managed to raise £500 which was matched by my old employer – so Young Minds received £1000 – a monumental achievement, thank you.  This year I have decided to go with a more local charity, GARAS, which supports and resettle refugees in Gloucestershire. They also offer Counselling and Psychotherapy.  At some point, I am going to volunteer to offer this service too.
