Story

RedTribe works in partnership with a remote and traditional Maasai community to bring hope for a better future by improving health, education, and alleviating poverty.

The Maasai are a semi-nomadic people, rich in tradition and culture, living across the borders of Kenya and Tanzania. However, the community suffers from poverty, a lack of health care facilities and a good education.

Redtribe is designed to address these needs, with a focus on 3 key areas:

1. Redtribe Academy - started by a few concerned parents and a caring Pastor in the community. RedTribe has helped grow the school to 220 children with 8 classrooms, a sports field and a daily feeding program.

2. Redtribe Beadwork - employs over 20 marginalized Maasai women and a manager, providing a sustainable income for the women and their families.

3. Redtribe Clinic - aims to eliminate preventable illnesses and deaths by providing primary medical care and education.
