WTC Prison Programme

We have recently been granted permission to pilot the WTC Prison Programme in HMP The Mount in 2027, and we will be working closely with these men to create a new and bespoke course that is relevant to their context.

Breakdown

For our three-year start-up phase, we need to raise a total of £190,000. This breaks down into £65,000 already raised in our first year, £65,000 for our second year (easily reached if 200 people committed to giving £30 per month), and £60,000 for the first year of running the course (2027-28).

If we are unable to reach our full target, WTC would use any funding that has already been raised towards making our unaccredited Foundations course available to people in prison, without creating a university-validated Certificate of Higher Education.
