GiveStory
Since 1977, Rochester Diocese has, through this annual appeal, helped meet the most basic needs that all of Gods children deserve: a safe place to live; food to eat; and a way to something better. We can only make a small contribution in response to a huge worldwide challenge, but we do what we can, working through long-term trusted partners. Thanks to the continued generosity of many parishes and individual donors, in May this year, we distributed £20,000 through our partners, linking the Appeal with Brazil, the Caribbean, Myanmar, Palestine, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. With wars, natural disasters and drastic cuts to governments aid spending, the world feels like a dark place now, but we can and must provide some light in the darkness. Please give as generously as you can! If you are a UK taxpayer, please claim Gift Aid on your donation, adding 25p to every £1 you give. Thanks for visiting!
