Story
Guarujá is a coastal town, of great contrast marked by subsistent inlanders (320k fixed residents) and more affluent coasters, mostly commuters to/fro São Paulo (population 24m).
Its Central Baptist Church (CBCG) has known encouragement with inlanders. It engages too with beachfront coasters in whose area it is situated. Pastoral work demands £2k/month (PWG) support. It focuses on Bible expository preaching/teaching in a country infested with unhealthy Christianity.
CBCG meets in a shed-like building. The landowners need to sell the land: £60k (LG) will secure deposit to buy it hence enable CBCG to keep its presence in that crowded prime location in need of healthy witnessing.
