Youth Workers of the Future

Story

Cre8 has an ambitious strategy to recruit and train youth workers of the future! Over the next 18 months our target is to build on our vast experience to equip young people to themselves become youthworkers.

As part of this, at Cre8 we’re employing a Youth work Apprentice. They will learn to get alongside young people, encourage, support, and mentor them, and begin an important career in youth work. The apprentice will study towards a Youth Work Apprenticeship qualification over the next 18 months working across all of Cre8 projects.

This year we’re doing the Bikeathon on the 20th May, then a ‘Walk, Ride, Row 24hrs to Camas’ challenge event in June at St.Barnabas Church. Look out for details and progress on our social media.
