Run For Flourish - Leam Half Marathon

Story

We asked Dave why he was running for Flourish:

'I am running because I see the impact of the work they do supporting teenage girls regularly through my work in healthcare. I am also the father of a daughter and know the importance of good self esteem and mental health and I want to support this charity in it's amazing work in this area.'

We believe every girl has the potential to lead a full and happy life – to flourish. Growing up can be challenging, and at times feel overwhelming and lonely.

Our tailored programmes and resources drive effective one-to-one mentoring and group sessions that support positive mental wellbeing and help young girls to flourish – gaining a new found confidence, a higher self-esteem and stronger emotional resilience.

As a Warwickshire based Christian charity, we support our whole community with kindness and respect. Working with parents, schools and local volunteers to provide engaging programmes that transform the lives of girls.
