Connor runs the Brighton Marathon in aid of HHA!

Story

Hi friends! I'm excited to be running my first marathon, Brighton (6th April) in aid of Hope Health Action, and in honour of my late Dad Trevor, who loved running marathons himself.

I joined Hope Health Action for a Mission Trip to Uganda in August and saw first hand the amazing work that they do for refugees, including many disabled people, who have fled from the war in South Sudan. The care and the community that they provide for these precious people is inspiring.

I loved running with my Dad, and he ran a number of marathons towards the end of his life. We also went to Uganda together and he loved Africa, so it seems fitting to do this marathon in honour of him.

Whether or not we raise the target amount, all funds will go to Hope Health Action minus the small fee that Stewardship take. Please do claim Gift Aid! Thanks so much.
