Agal will be a charity that helps strengthen South Asian families all over the world and will provide counselling, practical and emotional support.
A non-profit organisation that caters for and supports those who are affected by mental health issues, domestic abuse and other family/relationship related issues
We provide up to 8 free counselling sessions for individuals and couples to talk to registered therapists about mental health issues, abuse, domestic violence, relationship issues and general wellbeing concerns. Our activities include life coaching and helping domestic violence victims to establish safe environments for themselves and their loved ones.
