Zion Community Garden

Story

Welcome to Zion Community Garden, a peaceful oasis in Morley town centre in the grounds of Zion Chapel, the new home of Morley Community Church. We are gradually transforming the formerly overgrown churchyard into a beautiful garden combining edible and ornamental plants, which we hope will become an accessible green retreat for the local community within the urban environment. As more volunteers become involved in the creation and upkeep of the garden we hope to build a strong community spirit and benefit our volunteers' physical, mental and spiritual health.
