Driving for Young Lives: Hope Beyond Addiction in Sierra Leone

We are driving a mission vehicle over 6,000 miles, across Western Sahara and through 20 days on the road, for one reason: people. This journey is not about adventure for its own sake, but about raising awareness and funds for young people in Sierra Leone who have fallen into the trap of drug addiction and urgently need a way out. We believe that real and lasting change begins with Jesus, and that no life is beyond hope or restoration.

Across the country, a growing number of young men and women are being devastated by a drug known locally as kush. Many never expected to end up here. They are sons and daughters with dreams, talents, and futures, now trapped by addiction, shame, and a lack of support. With the right help, recovery is possible and we believe true freedom is found through Jesus, who offers forgiveness, healing, and a new beginning.
