Together Church

Story

Together Church, is leading and working in partnership with churches across Torbay in stepping up to respond to the needs of vulnerable children by finding more foster families to welcome them in. Like many local authorities who are faced with significant challenges in providing children in care with stable foster placements, the local authority in Torbay have more than a third of the children in their care living over twenty miles away because of a shortage of local foster carers. Churches in Torbay are working together with Home for Good and Torbay Council Fostering Team to raise awareness and find more homes; this kind of collaborative working has the potential for huge societal change.  Your donations will help ensure that every child in Torbay will have a stable and loving family to look after them at their point of greatest need, in the place that they call home.
