Romania 2023

Story

In June and October 2023, 30 people are travelling from the UK to the small village of Peris, in central Transylvania, to continue the building project that will support the incredible New Life Children's Home! The work started pre-Covid, and last year was our first opportunity to return post-pandemic, but the needs of those we are supporting have only increased. We are looking to build another large polytunnel and a number of farm buildings, in which the local community can grow and store food that will help to feed and sustain not only the children in the orphanage, but also those in the nearby Roma community who struggle within society.

All funds we raise are being directed to our partner Graft4Growth, via Belief In Action, an incredible charity that oversee the finances.
