Story

Racheal was due to get married on 6th June '20. Sadly, the day before, on her way to her home town, the car she was travelling in was involved in an accident and rolled into the Great Rift Valley. The two other people in the car died on spot. Battling head injuries and wounds on her body, she was taken to hospital for treatment and a scan. Fortunately she is slowly recovering

As there is no NHS, or affordable medical insurance in Uganda, we have set up this page to help cover costs both during her hospitalisation and what we hope will be a short convalescence.

All funds will be administered by Smile Charity Uganda (for whom she has worked for 18 months) on behalf of the Association of Friends.
