Paul’s Essex-100 adventure (... yes, that is a 100 mile cycle ride!)
I really must learn to read the small print ... I thought it was 100km, only 62 miles, duh! Still, check the photos - I have been riding for over 50 years and I have now progressed from 3 to 2-wheels ...

Story
I work as a volunteer with our local Prison Fellowship group (see prisonfellowship.org.uk). We believe that no one is beyond hope.
We pray for the Chaplains, the Governors and Officers, and the prisoners of UK Prisons, and we support our local prisons by:
- delivering a training course on Restorative Justice (accredited, and helps reduce re-offending rates)
- buying and sending Christmas presents to prisoners children along with a personal message from their Dad (helps keep families together)
- buying and sending Mothers Day cards and gifts from prisoners to their Mums along with a personal message from their child (helps keep family ties strong)
- writing pen-pal letters to prisoners that are isolated and lonely
Donating with Stewardship is really easy and completely secure. If you are a UK taxpayer, please confirm that you would like to reclaim Gift Aid on your donation. This will add 25p to every £1 you give. Thanks for visiting!
