Ashwood Church Malawi 2025

Story

In 2025 a team from Ashwood Church will be heading to Malawi to work alongside our partner Hope Missions (through Links Charity).

In rural Malawi many women & girls struggle to access safe sanitary products. This can leave them vulnerable, isolated & disempowered (girls are not allowed to attend school whilst on their monthly period). 

We are aiming to raise funds to:

• Make handmade reuseable sanitary towels & soap to take to Malawi
• Provide training & materials so that local women can then make & distribute their own resuseable towels & soap
• Support the ongoing work of Hope Missions
