Bonny Downs Abbey Fittings

It's happening! Our co-living Bonny Downs Abbey is fully funded & being built. We open May 2027.

We are working to raise 40K to fit out 8 studio flats for friends transitioning from homelessness, our communal lounge & kitchen ready to welcome residents.

We have a detailed budget. The initial cost is 40K. This excludes the worship space, ministry flats & ground floor day centre.

£40K would fit out 8 flats with basic furniture and electrical goods, bedding, crockery & rugs, and the shared spaces with sofas, tables & kitchen goods.

Additionally, we would love to raise 9K per year so as friends get support to move on, they take ALL their furniture, bedding & electrical goods with them. Please connect us if you know the right funders or corporate sponsors who might help - email: [email protected]

If we surpass our target, excess funds will go to fit our communal roof garden & ground floor spaces. If we don't raise sufficient funds, all gifts go will to our general Abbey fund.
