We've added some brand-new features to the new-look Stewardship Giving Account to provides more ways to manage your account on the new platform.
Based on feedback we have received, we've now added the ability to cancel regular gifts in your account. There is also a new area for account management settings.
If you have access to the new-look account, sign in now to take a look.
New feature 1: Cancel your regular gifts
Once logged in, you can access a list of your regular gifts from your account homepage by tapping on My regular giving via the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen. Then select on the option to Cancel gift.
New feature 2: Manage personal details
You can now access your personal settings by tapping Personal details via the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen. Here you can tap Edit to change your correspondence email, phone number or correspondence address that Stewardship will use when communicating with you.
New feature 3: Manage account settings
We've added a new area of the new-look Stewardship Giving Account which provides new account management features. You can access it from your account homepage by tapping Giving Account via the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen. You can then follow the on-screen prompts to change or remove your Bank Account information, view you Gift Aid status, edit your correspondence preferences and manage user access on the account.
