Stewardship investment portfolios
Minimum investment of £10k
All Donor Advised Fund and Philanthropy Fund donors have access to three investment portfolios, designed to grow unallocated charitable funds while aligning with biblical values.
The Balanced Portfolio combines income and growth investments to preserve capital while potential to enhance giving capacity. The Equity Portfolio targets long-term growth through equity exposure. The Sustainable Investment Portfolio seeks positive social and environmental impact with a diversified, sustainability-focused approach.
Social investment options
Minimum investment of £25k
A selection of Kingdom-focused and social impact investments is available to Donor Advised Fund and Philanthropy Fund donors with an active Stewardship balance.
These opportunities are refreshed twice a year, offering timely and relevant options to complement your giving for optimal, Kingdom-focused impact. Minimum investments start from £25k, with access to both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Bull’s Eye opportunities - carefully assessed for mission alignment and impact potential.
Nominated investment options
Minimum investment of £250k
For Philanthropy Fund donors, our nominated investment option offers a fully bespoke investment approach.
Working closely with our expert team, you can nominate a specific investment tailored to your values, goals and risk appetite.
All nominated investments are subject to due diligence and approval by Stewardship, for which a bespoke fee will be agreed with the donor.
Kingdom Impact Bull’s Eye Investment Approach
Tier 1: Church and ministry investments
Aimed at churches, Christian charities and social enterprises that are devoted to sharing the gospel and building Christian ministry.
Tier 2: Impact investments
Encompass broader impact investments that create positive, measurable social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. These investments typically deliver transformational change for under-served communities and are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Tier 3: ESG investments
Portfolios that are invested considering ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) risk factors.
Tier 4: Other client NIOs and cash
Include other client nominated investment options (NIOs) and cash that does not fit within Tiers 1-3.
