Why does my profile page display an error message rather than my profile?
If you have selected to hide your profile page in your online account, your profile page will display an error message.
To make your profile page visible online:
- Sign in to your Stewardship account
- Select Profile in the sidebar, or pressat the top on smaller screens
- Scroll down to Visibility
- Untick Hide online profile page from public view
