Why do you display the date of my last account sign in on my giving dashboard?

To support you in keeping your online account secure, we display the date and time you last signed in to your account on your dashboard. This is to help you spot unauthorised access, so if you believe the date and time shown was not you, please get in touch with our Customer support team as soon as possible.

In the case of other authorised users accessing your account through their credentials, their sign in events will not show on your dashboard; your dashboard will only show sign ins using your credentials.

If you have access to more than one account, such as a Giving Account and a Partner Account, the notification will also appear on your account selection screen before you choose which account to enter. In this scenario, your account selection screen will show the most recent date you signed in to any of your accounts, whereas the account dashboards will show the last time that specific account was accessed.
