What can I view or do in my online account?
There’s lots you can do in your online account, such as:
- View gifts into your account and supporter contact information
- View the total you’ve received in a particular period, eg the tax year for your tax return
- View the breakdown of any payments we’ve made to you
- Check when your next scheduled payment from us is due
- Change the frequency or week of the month you receive payments
- View or withdraw your available balance (in 3-5 working days)
- Update or hide your online profile page
- View your Support Raising target or your approved Personal Ministry expenses amount
- Update your contact details or add an additional user
