What can I view or do in my account?

There’s lots to see in your online account. Here is an overview of some of the different things you can do:

• Update your online profile page or enable/disable your giving link
• View gifts into your account and supporter contact information
• View the total you’ve received in a particular period, eg the tax year for your tax return
• View the breakdown of any payments we’ve made to you
• Check when your next scheduled payment from us is due
• Change the frequency or week of the month you receive payments
• View or withdraw your available balance (in 3-5 working days)
• View your Support Raising target or your approved Personal Ministry expenses amount
• Update your contact details or add an additional user
