Why won’t my YouTube shorts link save to my profile?

YouTube shorts will not currently save to your partner profile. Our developers are working on resolving this, but in the meantime, you can replace ‘shorts/’ in the URL with ‘watch?v=’ to save the video to your profile. 

For example:  

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/XXXXXXXX  

becomes: 

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXX
