What are the new user roles in the Partner Account and who are they for?
Your Partner Account now has user roles added, enabling your church or charity to build a team around the management of your Stewardship account.
Partner Account roles
Supporter Care
Supporter Care users can access all parts of their Partner Account related to supporters and their giving, as well as all areas related to public giving.
Content
Content users can only access parts of the account related to the Profile page, fundraising pages and donation links. They cannot access supporter details or transaction details of any kind.
Admin
Admin users have complete access to all screens and features. Only Admin users can access the Settings screen, so only they can add other users or change the User type of an existing user.
All users that existed on 9 December 2025 - the date these new roles were created - automatically became Admin users. The primary account contact must be an Admin user and cannot have any other type of user role.
