How do I choose cause categories?

 

From Environment and Creation Care to Mental Health and Wellbeing, we connect our givers with your cause to maximise support and invite generosity to resource your work.

You can choose up to three categories under which your organisation would like to feature. These will be used as identifiers in our Partner Search to bring organisations to the attention of givers. If categories have been automatically assigned, these can be edited manually on this page. Cause categories are a ranking factor in Stewardship’s search so do make sure you have assigned your organisation at least one. 

Use this Cause category explainer to identify those that best describe your organisation’s objectives.

To choose your Cause categories:

1. Sign in to your Stewardship account
2. Select Profile in the sidebar, or pressat the top on smaller screens
3. Scroll to Cause categories
4. Choose the categories relevant to you, with the first category being the most relevant
5. Choosing Select will mean no category will show there
6. Press Save in the bottom bar
