Why is there no ‘top-up to balance’ in my account activity?

A ‘top-up to balance’ will appear as a ‘payment in’ in your Giving Account activity. A monthly ‘payment in’ by Direct Debit, card payment or Pay by Bank could fund a ‘top-up to balance’, as well as one or more ‘gifts out’ to partners (except Pay by Bank which is one-off top-up to balance only).
