How do I access PDF statements for my tax return?

You can easily generate PDF statements of your account transactions by signing in to your Giving Account and following the steps below.

In app

Gift Aid information:

You cannot generate a PDF statement of your Gift Aided giving in the app. However you can see Gift Aid information in two ways.

1. You can see a total Gift Aid figure at the bottom of your Overview tab, where you can tap this panel for more detail and to see previous tax years
2. Go to the Transactions tab to see all your previous transactions with their Gift Aid amounts. You can also filter these transactions

All transactions:

Go to the Transactions tab to see all your previous transactions. You can filter these by transaction type, timeframe or by the partners you’ve given to.

On web

Gift Aid information:

1. Go to Activity and then select the Gift Aid tab
2. Use the drop-down to select the relevant tax year(s)
3. You can either use the information on the screen, or click Download PDF to generate a dated PDF statement of your Gift Aid information

All transactions:

1. Go to Activity and on the All transactions screen, select from drop-down menu: “All transactions”, “regular transactions”, “one-off transactions” or “all top-ups (with Gift Aid)”.
2. Choose from the second drop down menu the “last quarter”, “last month”, “last year”, or enter custom dates for the statement you wish to view
3. Click on the download icon on the top right or scroll to the bottom to Download statement (PDF) or Download CSV
