When will my payment be taken?

When you set up your first monthly top-up to balance or regular gift by Direct Debit you can select the day of the month you would like this payment to be taken. To make sure this is consistent both for you and for the partner you are giving to, we have removed the ability to select 29, 30 or 31.

Each time you set up a regular gift from balance you can select the day of the month you would like this gift to be taken, and again we have removed the ability to select 29, 30 or 31 to make sure the gift is made on a consistent day each month.

Regular payments are marked as pending four working days before the top-up or gift is completed and you cannot edit these payments. If there is an issue with a pending payment, please contact us as soon as possible.
